On April 8th, 2022, at 14:00 p.m., the Minister of Education of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Prodromos Prodromou, welcomed the president of the Ecumenical Hellenism Foundation, Mr. Stavros Panousopoulos, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education, in Nicosia.

On April 8th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Kornelios Korneliou, welcomed the president of the Ecumenical Hellenism Foundation, Mr. Stavros Panousopoulos, under the program dedicated to the international historical update on Ammochostos, the glorious city.

On April 6th, 2022, the Presidential Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus welcomed the president of the Ecumenical Hellenism Foundation, Mr. Stavros Panousopoulos, within a cordial spirit, addressing him “how have you been, my dear friend”.

We express our categorical opposition to the Turkish politics, our support to the Hellenism of Cyprus, and we honor now and always the memory of the fallen heroes of 1974.

Already since last summer, according to information from valid Cypriot and international information media, Turkey is attempting to launch plans of settlement in Ammochostos. Turkey has tried again in the past to implement these plans, chiefly in order to use them as a pressure lever on the international community, in order to succeed in her various other claims.

The supporters of the Ecumenical Hellenism Foundation join their powers in a journey of knowledge in the backwoods of Greece in 100 schools at the most distant areas of Greece.

The Ecumenical Hellenic Foundation, which for 35 years and more is struggling for the dispersing and saving of Greek history and civilization, as well as for the reinforcement of the expatriate Hellenism through publications, events and missions. hereunder announces the total of the activities that it plans for the end of 2020 and 2021.

With his death it wasn’t just one Greek that left us. It was the Greek that left us!!

As during the Revolution of 1821 the holocausts of Greeks led to the upheaval of the whole of Europe, in the same way now too, the saintly wind of Hagia Sophia “wakes up” the souls of Greeks and of all the civilized world.

Hagia Sophia! The “great Monastery”! Rooted deep in the soul of the Greek tο his marrow. Not only (for him) though.

We are living these days the black anniversary for Hellenism of the occupation of Cyprus. We also are living during these days the shame of the western world, who by their indifference permit its being.

We are proud to announce that the second volume of our publication “History of Cyprus”, which completes this work in Greek, has just been released!

We declare explicitly that Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism with its headquarters on 3rd Septemvriou 144, Athens, 11251, has no relation to the company Ecumenical Hellenism Foundation Inc. with headquarters in New York, which illegally and with no authorization uses the reputation of Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism.

The Greeks are a nation that never burns the bridges with their homeland.

Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism along with the Faculty of History and Archaeology of the University of Cyprus held a presentation of the two-volume work “History of Cyprus” on the 18th of October 2019 in the university campus in Nicosia.

The president of Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism, Stavros Panousopoulos, paid a visit and did an autopsy in Famagusta on the 16th of October 2019 with the help of the great benefactor, aggregator and indigenous Toni Toumazi.

In September 2019, the president of Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism visited Cyprus, so that he meets various personalities of Cyprus, aiming to their update on the activities of the foundation.

In the presence of 400 guests, the event of “Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism” was held in the Cultural Centre of Kykkos Monastery, in Archangelo, Nicosia on Monday the 24th of June.

With great pleasure and pride we announce the completion of the publication “Latin America …where Greeks exist” which is expected to be released within June 2019.

It is with great pleasure that I greed the anniversary event that Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism is holding this year on our island, as a part of a rich and praiseworthy activity that it develops, remaining loyal to the fulfillment of the goals and aims that are imposed by its foundation and mission, over time.

Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism, particularly moved, welcomed the approval and inclusion of the publication “History of Cyprus Α’” in the catalogue of recommended books for the enrichment of school libraries by the Department of Secondary General Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Cypriot Democracy.

Greeting this intact, from every aspect, publication, I warmly congratulate Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism for the sum of the praiseworthy action it develops by serving the aim of protection and transmission of the History and Culture of Hellenism.

Melathron Ecumenical Hellenism, particularly delighted and moved, has welcomed the approval and inclusion of the publication “Hellenic Treasures around the World” in the catalogue of recommended books for the enrichment of school libraries by the Department of the Secondary General Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Cypriot Democracy.

We take immense pleasure in announcing the donation of the five-volume publication: Cyprus in the 21st Centuries, Great Figures of Hellenism, to the Cypriot Library of Nicosia.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that a copy of our publication, The History of Cyprus, Volume I, numbered 169665, has been donated to the Cypriot Library of Nicosia.

I am particularly happy as a member of Ecumenical Hellenism, and as a Hellene as well, I am particularly proud of the fact that it is Ecumenical Hellenism itself that is in charge of the present publication, a publication essential to the past and the present of the country of Cyprus.

Λίγο πριν την οριστική απόφαση για την επιλογή του ονόματος, αποφασίσαμε την επανέκδοση του έργου στα αγγλικά, για να ενημερώσουμε μια ακόμα φορά τη διεθνή κοινότητα για την ιστορία της Μακεδονίας.

The first volume of the unwritten history of the Greek people of New York was completed with great success, as it was met with enthusiasm by the Greek people of New York.

The Foundation of Ecumenical Hellenism decided to publish a two-volume project with the story of the martyrdom of the Cyprus.  We feel the need to apologize for the delay, but the economic crisis in Greece was the main cause. This publication is an honor for us, for Cyprus keeps more than any other piece of Hellenism, our tradition and cultural heritage, immune to time.
